Jordan Travel Medical Clinic by Jordan Tours & Travel Travel medicine, or emporiatrics, is the medical branch that deals with prevention and management of health problems for international travelers. Most of Jordan’s tourists are from developed countries, which are used to higher standards of health and hygiene, so Jordan Travel Medical Clinic has been established to care for their health, safety and well being while visiting Jordan.

Since the beginning of
May 2008 Jordan Tours & Travel established a
primary network to include a travel medicine service. Jordan Travel Medical Clinic has professional doctors that can deal with the different medical and health issues that our clients may face during their visit to Jordan. We are available to serve them in their hotel or out-doors, during their picnics and adventure travel in the different archeological sites and undulating landscapes. We can currently offer the following: 1- Medical Consultation to clients in their hotel rooms or on location 2- Jet lag and time zone differences’ neurological and psychiatric problems 3- Sport medicine, including accidents and injures that may occur during their vacation, especially in the rough terrain of Jordan 4- Vaccines for animal and helminthes bites i.e. dog, snake or scorpion bites 5- Cures for any endemic disease known to be in Petra or Wadi Rum areas 6- Restore to health after alcohol overdose or food intolerance 7- A quick response for geriatric and old age medical problems 8- Alleviate sun strokes and skin burns. 9- Advanced, base-line, life-saving and cardiac support first aid for coronary and respiratory accidents or diseases. 10- We have advanced portable medical kits that offer safe diagnostic and therapeutic management. Our Travel Health Advisor Whether traveling for business or pleasure, Jordan Travel Medical Clinic travel health advisor (physician or nurse) can be available to join the tourist group during their whole stay, by prior booking (at least 2-weeks prior to the visit to Jordan). Jordan Tours & Travel medical network can provide information on doctors and hospitals in Jordan and travel health insurance. This will be based on the medical history of the person traveling and the expected medical conditions that may occur during their visit. Our Specialist will quickly discuss with our travel doctor to sort out the best medical decision and advice in case of any emergency. Our Medication Kits Our medication kits provide the necessary and most useful medicines; this is based on the circumstances that we expect may occur for visitors. They contain basic first-aid equipment, medications, drugs, painkillers, life-saving substances and some orthopedic items that are necessary in case of any injury or wound.
